27th-28th September: Aikido seminar with Pat Hendricks Shihan, 7th Dan, High Wycombe Judo Centre
Excellent Iwama Aikido seminar with Pat Hendricks Shihan over the weekend. It was wonderful reconnecting with old friends and making new ones.
